Warranty and Workmanship

These puzzles are manufactured using a 3D printing process using PLA plastic.  Due to the nature of this process, some minor sanding may be required and minor blemishes may occur.  These will not interfere with the function or fun of the puzzle. PLA is somewhat brittle and is subject to breaking if dropped on a hard surface.  Care should be taken to avoid dropping or striking with a hard object.

The puzzles are guaranteed to arrive in good working order.  If damage occurs in shipping, the puzzle will be replaced at no charge.  

PLA Plastic is a plant-based plastic and as such is renewable and biodegradable.
